Food expenses for dogs and cats have fueled the dispute between former Algerian Minister of Youth and Sports Abdel Raouf Salim Barnawi and Olympic Committee President Mustapha Beraf, due to what were considered serious excesses in the financial management of the Olympic Sports Committee.
