It was shortly after 05 o'clock on Wednesday morning that the single accident occurred at the height of Njurunda at E4, at the drive towards Matfors.
The truck will overturn for unclear reasons and the trailer now blocks both lanes in a southbound direction.
No person should have been injured.
- The driver is out of the car, but should have been a little shocked. There was damage to the wire rope, says Lars Rydstedt, internal commander at the rescue service Medelpad.
But the accident has had a major impact on morning traffic.
- There is a stop in traffic and will probably be there for two hours. We have had to redirect traffic towards Nolby and down towards the old E4, says Lars Rydstedt.
