It was in November 2014 that a man was found beaten to death in his home. His wife, who was in a wheelchair, was also beaten and raped.

Three men were convicted, one of whom is the now 47-year-old man, who has constantly claimed that he is innocent and will therefore request a raise in March. The 47-year-old appealed against the district court's judgment but was also sentenced in the High Court, then to eleven years in prison.

"I was never there, it's all a lie and damn poem," he says through his lawyer Marko Tuhkanen.

"Had significant potency problems"

Tuhkanen believes that the technical evidence was very flawed and that there are none of the allegations that cannot be disproved.

- The court went on hearsay and testimony that are currently withdrawn. In addition, my client had significant potency problems and could not have carried out the rape.
