China and South Korea Foreign Ministers Talk on Telephone Call for New Type Pneumonia

According to the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-hwa, on Friday night, talked with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi for about 30 minutes following the spread of the new coronavirus.

Korea has decided to send charter aircraft four times over a period of 30 to 2 days to return Koreans living in and around Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Foreign Minister Kang stayed with Foreign Minister Wang. He asked for cooperation on returning Koreans to Japan.

Foreign Minister Kang also stated that he will "aggressively cooperate in providing necessary supplies."

In response, Mr. Wang said that he explained the Chinese government's response and promised cooperation, and thanked Korea's offer of support.

According to the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, about 700 people want to return home by charter aircraft, and after arriving in Korea, for a certain period of time, cut off contact with the outside at temporary facilities and observe the progress .
