Basketball was his life but Kobe Bryant had another great passion: his family . The Los Angeles Lakers star , who died Sunday in a helicopter accident with her daughter Gianna and two other people, was a very familiar man . His Instagram account is full of images of his wife, Vanessa , and his four daughters, Natalia (17), Gianna (13), Bianka (4) and Capri , seven months old. Bryant showed himself as a proud father of his daughters and a loving husband.
Kobe Bryant and Vanessa Laine met very young. He was 20 years old and she was 17. Just a few months later, when she turned 18, they got married. Kobe and Vanessa had four daughters , the last one, Capri, born only seven months ago. All of them bear Italian names because of the relationship Bryant had with Italy throughout his life, since he lived in that country for eight years, while his father played in the Italian professional basketball league.
The oldest, Natalia Diamante (17), was followed by Gianna Maria-Onore , who died Sunday with her father in the helicopter accident at age 13. Gianna followed in Bryant's footsteps and played basketball in Los Angeles Lady Mamba. The third girl, Bianka Bella is 4 years old and Capri is seven months old.
