A group of experts recommended following some tips that will help you get rid of health problems and extend your life, such as climbing stairs to the toes and eating green bananas and blue fruits.

In a report published by the Russian "FBI" website, the author Tatyana reviewed a number of tips that help to extend life expectancy:

1- Eat green bananas
The author stated that green bananas are a good source of probiotics and are beneficial to bowel health, according to experts. According to dietician and spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association, Dr. Laura Tilt, probiotics and fibers nourish the beneficial bacteria in the intestine.

2- Climbing stairs at the fingertips
The author reports that climbing stairs to the tips of the toes strengthens the leg muscles. And Dr. James Higgins asserts that "climbing stairs on the tips of the toes enhances leg muscles, reduces curvature of the legs and improves body support, which reduces pain and arthritis in the back, hips and ankles."

3- Stand on one foot while washing the teeth
Experts recommend standing on one foot while brushing teeth. "Standing on one leg for a short period of time, for example while brushing teeth, promotes healthy muscles and bones, which are affected by aging," says Dr. Higgins.

4- Getting off the bus before the specified station
The author notes that getting off the car before reaching your designated destination, or even walking or biking, reduces the risk of a heart attack. Researchers at the University of Leeds, after a study of 43 million people between the ages of 25 and 74 years in England, found that the rate of heart attacks was much lower in areas where cycling or walking was one of the most common habits. At the same time, regular exercise helps to improve heart muscle function and pump blood better across the body.

5- Do not strain yourself
Experts advise to avoid fatigue and not to exercise too much, as this can strain the body and lead to severe consequences. "Some extreme exercises such as ultramarathon may be harmful to a group of people, especially for those who are already at risk of developing heart disease," said Professor Richard Schilling, a cardiologist at Barts Health. Studies have shown that extreme exercise in some cases can cause an irregular heartbeat.

6- Drink a cup of green or black tea daily
According to one expert, the risk of heart disease decreases in people who drink green or black tea, due to the positive effect of this drink on the health of the heart. Consuming these types of tea is an indication of a healthy lifestyle, especially as it contains antioxidants that protect against cell damage.

7- Eat as many blue vegetables and fruits as possible
Dr. Iqbal Malik says that blue vegetables and fruits, such as eggplant, peaches or blueberries, are especially beneficial for the heart, as they contain antioxidants that prevent cell damage. Studies show that the anthocyanin compound, which gives these vegetables and fruits a rich blue color, helps to expand the arteries, get rid of the accumulated deposits inside the blood vessels, and provide other benefits for the heart and blood vessels.

8- Eat fish
Fatty fish like salmon, tuna, and sardines are good for the heart, as they contain omega-3 fatty acids that help reduce inflammation, which can damage blood vessels, reduce blood fat levels and lower blood pressure.

Dr. Malik indicated that oily fish should be eaten at least twice a week to obtain the nutrients the body needs.

9- Practice hobbies
Drawing, sewing, gardening, studying history, and practicing all hobbies of all kinds is good for a healthy heart. According to Dr. Iqbal Malik, stress greatly increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, because it suppresses the immune system and increases adrenaline. In contrast, some hobbies help relax, distract, and relieve stress.
