According to the emergency services, hydrogen sulphide is leaking and this gas is toxic when inhaled. Police say two people were injured, but it is unclear how serious.

Accommodation in the area is asked to stay indoors and close windows, doors and ventilation. At present, it is unclear how large the emissions are, but the emergency services are on their way, as are police and ambulances.
