A man was seriously injured in a traffic accident on rue Poitou in Nantes, near Place Viarme, on the night of Saturday to Sunday, around 4:40 a.m. A car is said to have violently struck a Semitan pole on line 3 of the tram, according to the firefighters.
One of the three occupants, aged 29, was transported in serious condition to the Nantes University Hospital. Another man, 23, is slightly injured. The third occupant of the vehicle was not found, despite the research of a dog team, said the firefighters. He could have fled.
