The Board of Directors of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program has approved the names of 503 citizens who are entitled to housing support decisions in the amount of 395 million dirhams, distributed between 378 decisions in the category of loans and grants, and 125 decisions in the category of rapid decision, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President The State, and his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs.

The Minister of Infrastructure Development, Chairman of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Dr. Eng. Abdullah Balhaif Al-Nuaimi said: “The announcement of this batch comes within the framework of the leadership directives to provide the highest standards of stability and quality of life in residential communities, and achieve the happiness of citizens within the plan of the National Agenda 2021 and the vision of a state The UAE is to achieve leadership in the field of citizen housing within integrated residential neighborhoods, facilities and vital residential communities that aim to enhance the quality of life of residents and society, consolidate the national culture, and encourage community bonding and healthy lifestyles ».

This came during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the first program for the year 2020 in the Zayed Winter Housing Camp.

The program will receive 1729 housing units during the fourth quarter of this year with an amount exceeding two billion dirhams, and the program intends to hand over 888 housing units in the three phases of the Batin Al Samar residential neighborhood in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and 500 housing in the Al-Montazi residential neighborhood in the Emirate of Ajman, along with 341 housing in the Al-Khawaneej neighborhood in Dubai .
