The head of the Central Court of Instruction Number 6 of the National Audience Manuel García Castellón has cited as a defendant the former number two of the Interior Ministry, Francisco Martínez , for the espionage that was carried out to the former treasurer of the Popular Party Luis Bárcenas in the called Kitchen operation .

According to legal sources to EL MUNDO, Martínez has been summoned next Friday at the National Court at 10 am to testify within the framework of this separate secret piece that is instructed within the Villarejo case .
