Wearing gigantic medieval-inspired hats, the Givenchy flower women paraded on Tuesday in a former convent in Paris, accompanied by musicians hanging on poles.

Poetry is at the rendezvous in this metaphorical haute couture "garden" imagined by the British stylist of the French house Clare Waight Keller.

The parade takes place in the Cordeliers' refectory, the last vestige of the old convent where the Franciscan monks lived for several centuries.

Equipped with their score, the musicians play live, hanging on poles, sitting on a chair, creating an immersive experience.

Voluminous and graphic, with trains, associated with huge hats, light and asymmetrical or futuristic, the long dresses evoke irises or thoughts, by their shapes and patterns.

Gypsophila dotted the sleeves of a black pantsuit.

The structured shoulder line, XXL belts or long single earrings bring resolutely modern touches in these very chic outfits in spring colors yellow, blue, peach or lilac.

White is available as a tailored palazzo-jacket suit and in a multitude of romantic dresses. The highlight of the parade, the white wedding dress embroidered with flowers with exposed shoulders worn by the Kaia Gerber top, haloed in her immaculate hat.

The Italian Giorgio Armani invites you on a journey into the world of ikat, a dyeing and weaving technique used in Indonesia in a colorful and resplendent fashion show with old-fashioned chic.

With embroidery, prints and inlays, the designer has given the ikat a couture and modern dimension.

Peacock green, electric blue, fuchsia, red and black, often in play on contrasts dominate this collection, which comes in pantsuits highlighting the silhouette and long dresses.

The bright fabrics, taffetas and embroidered tulle overlap, bringing an oriental touch to western outfits, accessorized with large art deco jewelry.

Perched on high-heeled pumps, the models, almost all white with black hair in a square cut, are wearing a little sparkly hat.
