The Federal Center for Health Education said that the hormone cortisol, which is secreted when tension leads to obesity on the one hand and causes sleep disorders on the other hand.

The German Center explained that the hormone cortisol - which is secreted when feeling nervous - leads to insulin resistance in the body, and then the storage of fat is increasing, especially in the abdominal area, causing the emergence of rumen.

Also, the hormone cortisol disrupts the rhythm of waking up and sleeping, and then having sleep disorders and the resulting feeling of fatigue, exhaustion, poor concentration and decreased ability to exert effort.

These risks can be faced by combating psychological tension, by continuing sports and relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation, while taking into consideration the creation of a balance between career and personal life.
