The Prime Minister-designate indicated - during his speech - that he will be open to all political parties and forces with the aim of forming a political belt supporting his government, away from exclusion and partisanship, and in harmony with the choices of the majority.

Several parties announced their support for the Prime Minister-designate, such as the "Long live Tunisia" party (14 seats in Parliament), the Democratic Current Party (22 seats in Parliament), and the People's Movement (14 seats), while some leaders expressed the "Heart of Tunisia" party (38 seats) NIABIA), and the Al-Karama coalition (19 seats), reserved their mandate, questioning its legitimacy constitutionally.

Exclusionary position
In a statement to Al-Jazeera Net, the leader in Tunisia's heart, Ayad Al-Loumi, criticized the approach adopted by the President of the Republic, Qais Saeed, in choosing the prime minister-designate, during which he excluded the parties from the consultations, only to meet the government figures nominated by the parties, according to his expression.

Al-Loumi asked why Qais Saeed did not choose the personality of the former minister during the reign of Ben Ali, "Rida bin Mesbah", who was proposed by the "Heart of Tunisia" to head the government, expressing his fear that the motives for the refusal are based on a hostile and exclusionary position from the faces of the old regime.

On the other hand, he stressed that the Heart of Tunisia party's reservation to the Prime Minister-designate does not lie in his person, but rather in the manner adopted by President Qais Saeed in his choice, describing the matter "a serious constitutional deviation, by distorting consultations to form the government and marginalizing the role of parliamentarians."

Regarding the possibility of granting the "Heart of Tunisia" confidence in the government of the traps within Parliament, Al-Loumi did not rule out the matter, expressing his hope that his party will be represented inside it, but he made it clear in return that the last decision depends on what will be produced by the consultations between the Prime Minister-designate and the rest of the parties, his vision of the next government and a program her job.

The Heart of Tunisia party made it clear in an official statement after Qais Said announced the personality of the Prime Minister-designate; he was uncomfortable with the way the President of the Republic adopted the choice of the personality of the Prime Minister, and he did not consult directly with the winning parties in the elections represented in the Parliament, and his reliance on The names proposed for the mandate, which won wide agreement among the parties, according to the text of the statement.

Gain confidence in Parliament
