The Foundation clarified that it provides drivers on demand for a specified period of time agreed upon between the two parties, the duration of which can be up to a month, and movement within and outside the Emirate of Dubai can also be carried out, as long as the vehicle meets the conditions of the license, and provided that the type of vehicle insurance is comprehensive.
Service requests are accepted through the website www.dubaitaxi.ae or through the organization's call center 80088088, and it is expected, according to what the organization announced, that the service will be available through the DTC App smartphone.
The service is available for companies and individuals residing in the Emirate of Dubai, where the Foundation ensures that they benefit from fully trained and qualified drivers for driving and using vehicles for customers.
The Foundation announced that it had received 305 requests to take advantage of the service that it called "my drivers", noting that there are a number of parents who use a driver to deliver their children to their schools, at times that prevent them from fulfilling their job obligations to perform this task.
It is noteworthy that Dubai Taxi Corporation also provides a taxi reservation service with a driver to move within Dubai only, by pre-booking via the call center 24 hours ago. The services provided by the Foundation also include a special taxi service for women, driven by drivers, and available upon request through prior reservation through the call center.
