Yesterday, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas held Israel responsible for the blockage of the political process due to its failure to comply with the agreements signed under international sponsorship.
Abbas, according to what was published by the official Palestinian News Agency, when receiving in Ramallah the governor-general of Australia, General David Hurley, to Israel to continue settlement activities and the seizure of Palestinian land, and strive to change the character of the city of Jerusalem.
Abbas reiterated the official Palestinian position, rejecting any attempts to resolve the Palestinian issue away from international legitimacy decisions.
On the other hand, Hamas accused yesterday the Israeli army of killing three Palestinians in cold blood on the outskirts of the Gaza Strip, and covering up false accounts to evade responsibility.
