Prince Harry has arrived in Canada, where he is expected to spend most of his time there after announcing that he wants to step down from royal duties.

British media released photos of Harry leaving a plane at Vancouver Airport early Tuesday.

Harry, Duchess of Sussex Megan, and their son Archie (8 months), arrived in Canada earlier this month.

Buckinghamham Palace announced last Saturday that Harry, 35, and Megan, 38, were no longer "two individuals working in the royal family."

The couple's decision to spend most of their time in Canada, where Megan was living while filming "Soots", has sparked controversy over who should bear the cost of their security measures.

"The government's response should be simple and succinct: No," wrote Canada's leading Globe and Mail newspaper in its editorial today.
