Nearly 77 new cases of the virus, which has killed four people in China, have been identified, bringing the total to 291 people, the country's health authorities announced on Tuesday.

More than a month after its appearance on a market in Wuhan, the virus, of the SARS family (severe acute respiratory syndrome), now affects several large cities in China, but also other countries, such as Japan, the South Korea, Thailand and Australia.
