The Dubai government has announced a set of new financial benefits for employees starting from the beginning of January.
These benefits include housing allowance, danger allowance, phone allowance, night shift allowance and overtime work allowance, and also include an interpellation allowance within the country and an out-of-country allowance.
The list of benefits includes a basic salary as well as a general and social allowance for the citizen employee and a minimum graduate salary for the citizen graduate's salary.
The decision also includes a travel allowance, health insurance and incubation.
