Brussels (AP) - The EU foreign ministers today discuss the results of the Libya summit in Berlin. Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and EU foreign policy representative Josep Borrell want to inform the other ministers in Brussels about details of the agreement reached yesterday. The countries involved in the civil war in Libya had agreed to abide by a UN arms embargo and to end military support for the conflicting parties. Efforts to monitor the arms embargo are also to be stepped up.
