According to RIA Novosti, this will be announced at the first ever British-African investment summit.
"At the summit, the Prime Minister will announce the end of UK support for the development of coal deposits and coal-fired power plants abroad and the completion of the official program of direct assistance, investment and export lending," the British Prime Minister said.
It is noted that Britain will help Africa move from fossil fuels to renewable reliable sources of clean energy.
Earlier it was reported that diplomats from the UK, working in different countries of the world, will drive electric cars.
