After the wet shot in Norberg - now the safety of the shooting range is increased

In November, a 70-year-old man was hit by a shotgun and died on the spot. Now the owners of the course want to increase safety. "Of course, it must not happen," says Roger Johansson, chairman of Norberg's hunting shooting club.

SVT has previously reported on the elderly man who died from a wet shot at a shooting range in Norbetg. The shooting club now wants to increase safety on the course after the incident. The course has already been approved by the police, but according to the club's chairman, Roger Johansson, they now want to make it "well approved."

Among other things, they want to set up a boom that stops traffic down to the track, set up more warning signs and tightened safety routines during training and competition.

The Prosecutor tells Fagersta Posten that the preliminary investigation is still ongoing and that interrogation with suspects will be held in the near future.
