07 January 202019.06 A 32-year-old disabled person died drowned during a collective swimming course in a swimming pool in Quinto Cagnino in Milan. After the accident he had been taken to the San Carlo hospital in very serious conditions but he didn't make it. The man, with motor disabilities and mental retardation, would have moved away to the deepest part of the pool and started drinking. The lifeguard rescued him immediately but, once out of the water, he was already in cardiac arrest. The prosecutor opened an investigation for manslaughter against unknown persons. An autopsy was arranged.
