A report published in the Spanish newspaper "Confedencial" indicates the possibility of an American-Iranian conflict in which the United States' chances of victory seem great, and talks about the US aircraft carrier, electronic warfare and "F-35" in the advanced American arsenal.

In his report, Juanjo Fernandez indicates that the provocations between the United States and Iran were most severe against the background of the killing of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani after the American bombing that targeted him near Baghdad airport.

He adds that it is undeniable that the tension is growing month after month, and that the escalating mutual accusations and provocations between the two countries do not foreshadow goodness, especially after it intensified after the killing of Soleimani, the second most powerful man in Iran after Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei himself.

The author explains that Iran has promised severe retaliation against the criminals who "stained their hands with blood", which raises fears that this conflict will lead to war.

Nature of the attack
Fernandez asked: Can the United States attack Iran on a preventive basis or in response to a possible retaliation against Tehran? What will be the nature of this attack? With what arsenal will you implement it?

He highlighted that the first aspect of this analysis lies in determining how this "severe" response will be to the United States, given that it will take "punitive" measures that focus, for example, on deactivating nuclear manufacturing centers and facilities and military or vital industrial facilities, as an attempt to harm the Iranian economy. On the other hand, they could take a more difficult path, and repeat the scenario of invading Iraq.

American forces in the Gulf
The writer stated that whatever the option, the military forces already deployed by the Americans in the Gulf region are very large, and the Iranians should not be reassured.

He continued that, despite this current focus of the force, it would make sense to think about the immediate transfer of more combat units, as well as to strengthen the air force more than it was.

The primary American advantage when targeting its opponents is that it has many military bases in the region to support any military action, as well as the presence of aircraft carriers and amphibious assault ships.

The report added that the United States has other support bases in Turkey (Incirlik base), Jordan, Pakistan, Iraq, and of course Israel.

As for the deployed forces, these days there are already about 15,000 soldiers in Kuwait, 10,000 in Qatar, at least 7,000 in Bahrain, 5,000 in the Emirates, more than 9,000 in Iraq, about 2,000 in Saudi Arabia and 1,500 in Jordan.

Carriers and fleet

It also indicates that the group of the assault aircraft carrier "CSG12" and the exploratory group "Strike 3" contain an aircraft carrier and three amphibious ships, as well as three cruise ships and about five destroyed warships, as well as about 4000 Marines ready to launch Any process.

Currently, the two marine groups are already sailing near each other at the entrance to the Persian Gulf.

The writer stated that it is important to shed light on the nuclear submarines that the US Navy can bet on, especially since almost three of them are already present in the Gulf waters.

Fighter jets and launchers
The US Air Force includes F-22s and B-52 bombers at the base of many in Qatar, as well as fighter planes permanently deployed at Incirlik base in Turkey and other bases.

Intelligence and electronic warfare
The writer notes that the greatest advantage in favor of the United States in the midst of this tension lies not in its excessive military strength, as it is reflected in its intelligence capabilities, and in waging electronic warfare.
