Dallas leader Slovenian Luka Doncic tops players chosen by fans around the world to play the next All Star Game on February 16 in Chicago, after the counting of the first public voting train released Thursday by the North American Basketball League (NBA).

The star of the Mavericks, named best rookie (beginner) in the League last season, achieves the performance of taking a breath ahead of Giannis Antetokounmpo, the strong winger of the Milwaukee Bucks and MVP (best NBA player) of the past season: he collected 1,073,957 votes, 599 more than the Greek of Nigerian origin.

LeBron James, a quintuple "MVP", star of the Los Angeles Lakers, came in third with 1,020,851 votes.

Public voting will end on January 20. It weighs for 50% in the final choice of ten players (5 per Conference, EST and West) including the two captains.
