This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the fund.

“The investigation of the criminal case is completed,” the fund said.

In October, the Moscow City Court left under house arrest the founder of the Baring Vostok investment fund, Michael Calvey, and the company's top manager, Philip Delpal.

Kalvi, Delpal and other defendants are accused of embezzlement of 2.5 billion rubles from Vostochny Bank. They do not admit their guilt.
