The Sharjah Misdemeanor Court examined a case in which two Africans were accused of stealing a car and a sum of money from a region in Sharjah, as they entered the country illegally, and they were arrested after carrying out their crime.

The details of the incident go back to the date of last November 23, when a report was received stating that a car was stolen from the Al Saja'a area in Sharjah. In the same area, and it was found that the defendants, after security checks on them, entered the state illegally, and they were referred to the court.

The court confronted the defendants with the charges against them, and they denied the charges, saying that they do not possess residency, and entered the state illegally, as the first accused confirmed that he did not steal any money from anyone, but the complainant knew about it before the investigations.

The Public Prosecution requested the conviction of the accused, while the court decided to postpone the case to the date of the seventh of next January to announce the complainant to hear his statements and confront him with the accused.
