“We agreed that the next meeting will already be in a larger composition both from the Russian side and from our colleagues from the Ukrainian parliament. In this regard, we hope that the joint efforts of the deputies will allow us to better understand each other, and, of course, it is extremely important for us that the situation not only normalizes, but that the Minsk agreements are also implemented, ”Volodin told reporters following the meeting.
In turn, Medvedchuk said that Ukrainian parliamentarians intend to soon meet with colleagues from France and Germany in Germany.
“The meetings that we have scheduled in Germany with representatives of Germany and France will take place in the next month and a half. Then, I think, we will meet all together, ”he said.
Volodin and Medvedchuk called for the restoration of dialogue between Russia and Ukraine.
