Yessentukov resident Alexei Yuninger came to the traffic police in the fall to exchange a driver’s license, which expired, and suddenly found out that he was deprived of them by a Moscow court more than five years ago for driving while intoxicated. According to him, at the time of the violation, he was in another city and drove in another car. Yuninger tries through the court to obtain a review of the case. He also appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a statement on prosecuting a driver who used fake rights with his data. According to Yuninger, with the help of a fake, the violator was able in 2014 to avoid criminal liability for re-driving while intoxicated.
