On two different occasions in November, young people have climbed onto the bus roof in Uppsala, which UNT was the first to report.

On November 23, three people must have climbed onto a bus in Bergsbrunna in southern Uppsala. According to UNT, they must have traveled by bus for more than 3 kilometers before the Traffic Management could alert the driver, after a private person who saw the youth on the roof alerted the police.

The second event took place in Nåntuna on November 29. Then the driver should have heard that there was something on the roof, and stopped the bus, the magazine writes.

Dangerous trend

In recent years, several British media have reported on the dangerous trend of "bus surfing", and on Youtube, for example, there are films from all over the world where people steal on the bus roof.

"It is awful if this is some kind of trend and if the young people do not understand that they are at risk of life," says Helena Klange, Press Manager at UL to SVT Uppsala.

She states that you consider what happened as two separate events, and that you asked the drivers to pay attention.

- We have never been to anything like it before and we hope it does not repeat itself.
