“In Cheboksary, at the request of the investigator, the court applied to the student who attacked the teacher with a knife, a preventive measure in the form of detention,” the statement said.
It is noted that in relation to the suspect a forensic psychiatric examination is scheduled.
On December 13, police detained a student at the Cheboksary College of Economics and Technology, who is suspected of assaulting a school employee.
Later, the UK instituted proceedings against the incident.
