“In order to most thoroughly establish all the circumstances of the incident, a criminal case has been opened by the investigating authorities on this fact under Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life and health of consumers"), ”the statement said.
Investigators establish the exact number of victims, their age and the degree of harm caused to health, as well as request documentation about the transportation and decide on the appointment of forensic examinations.
According to the agency, the citizens on the bus were returning from the concert, there were teenagers among the victims.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health reported that the victims did not require hospitalization.
