“A criminal case was opened on the fact of the death of a person as a result of a fire in a narcological dispensary, on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (causing death by negligence, due to improper fulfillment by a person of his professional duties), ”the press service said.
The department said that a fire occurred in one of the chambers of a medical institution, as a result, the patient of the dispensary died.
“The scene of the incident was examined, material evidence was seized, interrogations of witnesses were carried out, forensic examinations were appointed,” the UK emphasized.
The investigation of the incident is under control of the head of the regional investigative department.
Earlier, the prosecutor of the Tyumen region organized a check in connection with a fire in a drug dispensary.
According to preliminary data, a fire in the dispensary on the night of December 13-14 could occur due to a violation of the regime by one of the patients.
