Tomorrow, at its headquarters in Fujairah, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization will organize an employment day, in cooperation with the Federal Electricity and Water Authority, which provides 40 job vacancies for young male citizens, in various technical fields.

During the employment day that begins from nine in the morning and continues until the completion of the number scheduled to conduct immediate job interviews with him, to select national cadres from the male category, to work for the Authority’s branch in the Emirate of Fujairah.

According to the ministry, the Federal Electricity and Water Authority provides, for those occupying the jobs offered, a number of job privileges and financial allowances, including "travel tickets, tuition fees, health insurance, technical premium, nature of work / shift".

The list of 40 jobs that the authority offers to citizens looking for job opportunities includes six "emergency observer" jobs for citizens with a diploma in water distribution networks, nine "meter technician" jobs for technical secondary certificate holders, and five "project controller" jobs for holders of engineering diploma certificates Electrical, civil or mechanical engineering diploma, four "electrician inspection" positions for technical secondary school certificate holders, four "occupational safety and health inspector" positions for a diploma in health and safety, in addition to nine "pump station operator" jobs for technical secondary school certificate holders, and finally three jobs Assistant pump operator operator for citizens of Ham Secondary Certificate of Professional.

The Ministry affirmed the effectiveness and importance of open recruitment days in speeding up the employment of job seekers, both male and female, in government, semi-government and private sectors, especially as it allows direct communication between them and companies conducting job interviews with them, which promotes direct employment.

With regard to the Emiratisation efforts with the private sector institutions in the state, the Ministry stated that it is continuing to hold periodic meetings with companies and business parties in various sectors, to find consensus mechanisms that meet the state's Emiratisation ambitions, by providing incentive facilities, benefits and rewards to the most institutions that are committed to Emiratization ratios. Besides, the Ministry opened a new page with a number of establishments that committed administrative violations against its workers, by lifting penalties that it was subjected to, including stopping the activity, after ensuring that its fulfillment of all the rights of its workers has been completed, and the abolition of the endowment is not affected by any financial rights of the state, as well N make sure that the stay was decided because of the referral facility concerned with judicial authorities, and no decision on this matter until the referral date of this decision, stressing that this step aims to motivate all private sector institutions to raise the rates of resettlement.

Emiratisation targets in the private sector

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation said that it depends on several axes to achieve the goals of Emiratisation in the private sector, the most prominent of which is to increase the attractiveness of the sector and develop the capacities of young people looking for work, and that the new decision package obliges governmental, semi-governmental and federal companies to raise Emiratisation rates annually, in five Sectors: Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal Affairs, and Procurement.
