The alarm came at 14.23 on Thursday.
Two people with suspected gunshot injuries have been found outdoors on Trebackalånggatan in Hässleholm. The two people were taken by ambulance to a hospital, police say on their website.
The place is currently closed off. The police are also on site with a dog and are searching the area.
According to initial information, several people must have been left running.
