He confirmed that a new exchange of held persons is planned before the end of the year.
According to him, the Ukrainian side sought to add to the lists for the exchange of all known withheld persons.
On December 4, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, following a meeting with Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Leuven, said he was counting on a large exchange of held persons in the Donbass before the end of 2019.
