Earlier media reported that the investigation requested that Mikhail Kvasov be placed in a psychiatric hospital for a psychological and psychiatric forensic examination.
On November 11, the UK instituted criminal proceedings due to threats of murder and personal injury to a judge of the Moscow City Court.
Later it became known that Sergey Polovts was detained on this fact, as well as the arrest in the case of threats to Judge Alexei Veresov and Yevgeny Yerzunov. Polovtsian and Veresov pleaded guilty.
