It is worth noting that the third batch of the government innovation diploma program included 53 associates, while the fourth batch of the program witnessed the participation of 59 members, including a group of leadership levels employees in government agencies, while the diploma program supervised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Governmental Innovation included six courses for each batch , Focused on establishing concepts of innovation and anticipating the future, showcasing and applying the package of advanced innovation tools, and knowledge tours in the United Kingdom, in addition to courses on innovation leadership and application of ideas, and the sustainability of growth and innovation, as well as the development of innovative projects, worked on Associate throughout the training period, focused on the development of services and programs in their workplaces.

Innovative projects were a major requirement for graduation of government innovation program associates, who worked on them under the supervision and guidance of experts and specialists at the University of Cambridge, the British College Imperiale, and the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Innovation Center, and met the support and encouragement of leaders in the agencies that they work for.

The training model was designed with the support of specialized centers of the two universities in the field of innovation, such as: the Incubator of Innovation, the Center for Renewable and Clean Energy Innovations, the Transport Sector Innovation Center, the Educational Development Center, the Global Health Sector Innovation Center, the Space Lab and Air Robotics, among others.

The government innovation diploma represents the first training program of its kind in the region that focuses on developing skills for government national cadres, to make innovation a daily practical exercise in government agencies in the UAE.
