12 December 201900.54 Green light from the US House of Representatives to an expenditure law establishing the 'space forces' wanted by President Donald Trump and, for the first time in US history, provides for 3 months' paid parental leave for employees feds. The measure, called the National Defense Authorization Act (Ndaa), passed with 377 votes in favor and 48 against. A total of 41 Democrats and 6 Republicans voted against it.
