Siberia, a deputy hires 3 homeless to find illegal dumps

Dmitrij Petrenko, a regional deputy from Omsk on the Communist Party lists, has hired 3 homeless people to find illegal dumps, knowing that they are frequent visitors, looking for recyclable material.

The deputy equipped them with GPS trackers to wear for 8 hours a day (the average duration of a work shift) and mapped their movements. In this way, it has already identified more than one illegal dump, even in protected areas, and has made a complaint to the regional prosecutor, who has opened an investigation.
