He added: «There are three transformations, we need to stop at them, and explore their effects on us, and how we can benefit from them, and the first shift is (building on a new global economic map), as the world witnesses new ways of trade, different economic regions, huge trade blocs, and trade rights It is a new type, including the initiative (Belt and Road) implemented by China at a cost of more than one trillion dollars, and will include more than 130 countries around the world, which changes the global trade paths, and generates additional growth to the volume of global trade, estimated at 6%, and adds more than 100 billion Dollars for China's annual trade, and feeds the world’s trade Lime more than 42 new ports ».

He pointed out that the world is witnessing a new reality in navigation lines, energy lines and economic transformations, in addition to the presence of new free zones that will affect the global economy soon, adding, “We have a new economic reality after the role of the World Trade Organization has declined, and we must deal with the new reality and recognize that we live in wars Commercial of a new type, as the aggravation of the trade dispute between the United States and China will lead to losses in the global economy estimated at more than 1300 billion dollars within only one decade, so we must ask ourselves in the Arab region about our location from all of that.

Al-Gergawi said: "The second shift is that technology will lead the future, and whoever controls information in the future will control economic, social and political power in the world for decades to come, and global conflict and competition has seemed to possess this information and control technology."

He mentioned that patents in the technology sector in the past two decades have grown in America by 41%, but the growth rate in China during the past 40 years has reached 13250% for patents, so China produces 10 times the data that the United States produces annually.

Al-Gergawi said: “The third and final transformation is our Arab world with everything that is happening around us, with the acceleration of changes, and determining which direction the countries of the region are heading, and whether they are progressing or being late, as the economies of the Arab countries were more than 40 years ago, sophisticated, and their currency. Difficult, advanced science, good infrastructure, fine culture and art. ”

Al-Gergawi added: “We have huge human energies, as we have 100 million Arab youth who will enter the labor market during the next year, and we have human growth equivalent to twice the global average, and we have the largest oil stocks, the most fertile agricultural lands, the longest rivers in the world, history, monuments and landmarks the world is looking to visit, We have a lot of energies and ideas, but as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai said, on more than one occasion, we have resources in the Arab world that we do not manage well to make the future. ”

He pointed out that the cost of corruption in the Arab world in one contract is more than one trillion dollars, due to social unrest and explosions due to poor provision of basic services to citizens, and mismanagement, following: “Our Arab region still has strategic importance, and it has huge potential and a great future, if it is better to benefit from The opportunities to come, the region will remain a conduit for world trade. ”
