The first accused admitted before the court, that he tried to break the ATM without stealing any money from it, continuing that he cut the electrical wires of the surveillance cameras alone, and the three defendants were not aware of the details of the ATM theft.

The three defendants confirmed before the court that the first accused committed his crime alone and that they did not participate with him, and they were not aware of an attempt to rob the ATM, and the court decided to postpone the completion of the case consideration to next week's session.

In the details of the incident, the Ras al-Khaimah police received, on the 30th of last October, a report through the operations room stating that one of the ATMs in an external area in the emirate had been damaged and attempted theft, as the competent authorities were immediately sent to the agency’s website, and an attempt was made to destroy the teller machine and cut its wires Electrical, and the presence of some effects of taking off and breaking it, but the actor was unable to open or steal money.
