A British tourist sent a letter of thanks to Dubai, to save her life from bleeding in the brain, hours after her arrival in the emirate. Lindsey, 39, said that she arrived in Dubai for a vacation with her husband and two children. On the day she arrived in the city, after checking in to her hotel, she suffered a severe headache and unbearable neck pain.

The hospital’s intensive care unit specialist, Dr. Muhammad Khamis, explained that “an artery wall in the brain was threatening to weaken and burst, which could lead to bleeding threatening the patient’s life, so the intensive care unit was introduced to quickly control her condition.”
