The lawyer José Manuel Calvente who has been fired this week by Podemos has assured that "there is no file or internal complaint for sexual harassment" and that the "only mention" is the press release published by the training.

"That file does not exist, they will mount a false file after the dismissal. It is a vile assembly of the party to discredit me," Calvente criticized in an interview in Cope.

As I said in an interview with EL MUNDO last Thursday, the lawyer has stressed that the accusation of sexual harassment is "flatly false" and has claimed that it is a "vile assembly" of Podemos against his person.

Precisely, Calvente has indicated that he has evidence "that everything is false" and stressed that he is preparing a slander complaint against all those who "are defaming him."

The lawyer explained that he and his partner Mónica Carmona compiled a "series of irregularities" about the internal functioning of the party, which "will be subject to complaint and judicial investigation." "We become dangerous people for Podemos and they stop us," he said.

Calvente has added that he will transfer all these evidence to Justice to investigate whether there is a plot of bonuses and corruption in Podemos. "I prefer to reserve the evidence of the B-box of Podemos for Justice and the party affiliates. My main objective has always been ethical and moral integrity and compliance with the law," he concluded.
