Earlier it became known about the conduct of special operations in Moscow and Ingushetia by officers of the IC, FSB, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Rosguard, during which the activities of an organized criminal group involved in the murder of Ibrahim Eldzharkiyev, the head of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Ingushetia, were suppressed.

On November 2, in the west of Moscow, an unknown person opened fire on the head of the center “E” of the Ingushetia Ministry of Internal Affairs and his brother, as a result they died.

The criminal investigation is carried out by the central apparatus of the Investigative Committee.
