“We want to propose that the representatives of the territories were people who today have some kind of connection, a residence permit, who have real estate or business,” Donbass News quoted him as saying.
Ermak added that representatives of the DPR and LPR should be people who have “legal confirmation” that they can represent these territories.
According to him, in Kiev they want famous people, for example, athletes or cultural figures, to become representatives of the republics.
