The President of Ajman University, Dr. Karim Al-Sagheer, revealed that the University intends to run a mobile dental clinic under the supervision of the teaching staff at the College of Dentistry, to provide examination and treatment services for school students free of charge, starting from the beginning of the second semester, after the success achieved in five emirates. This initiative is a social responsibility.

He added that the mobile clinic, since its launch a year ago, has provided services to 1614 references, 1553 volunteer hours spent by dentists specialized in the provision of examination, diagnosis and treatment, to all the patients reached by the clinic in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah.

He pointed out that the launch of the clinic aims to strengthen the community role of the Faculty of Dentistry at the university to include all segments of society, noting that doctors and students of the Faculty of Dentistry provide all services for free. He pointed out that the mobile clinic's services are targeting, in particular, the elderly and people with disabilities, school students and residents of remote areas, to add this clinic to the clinics of the College of Dentistry, which abounds in Ajman University, which provides free treatment daily to more than 500 patients.
