The serial killer Michel Fourniret was indicted on Wednesday for " abduction and kidnapping followed by death " by the investigating judge investigating the disappearance of Estelle Mouzin in 2003. A 9-year-old girl whose the body has never been found.

In this 17-year-old criminal record, it is the recent testimony of Michel Fourniret's ex-wife who contradicts the alibi that he provided to the investigators. The ogre des Ardennes, his nickname, has always claimed to be at his home in Belgium at the time of the disappearance of the child. A disappearance that took place in Seine-et-Marne.

Michel Fourniret said he had spent that evening a phone call to his son for his birthday. His ex-wife now claims that this alibi is false because it would be she who would have made this call on the instructions of her ex-husband. Clearly, Fourniret Michel lied and was certainly not in Belgium the night of the kidnapping.

Provideret already suspected in the case

13 years ago the police were interested in Michel Fourniret. A photo of Estelle Mouzin had been found on her computer and a white van similar to hers had been seen not far from the child's home at the time.

Michel Fourniret was dismissed in 2007 in this case. The serial killer is already sentenced twice to life for the murders of eight young women or girls, preceded by rape or attempted rape between 1987 and 2001.

Heard nearly three o'clock Wednesday afternoon by Parisian investigating judge Sabine Khéris, Michel Fourniret was finally indicted for " kidnapping and kidnapping followed by death, " said a judicial source. This source did not specify at this stage whether Michel Fourniret acknowledged his involvement in the disappearance of the girl.
