“During the investigation of the criminal case, the investigation concluded that the actions of the suspect showed signs of yet another corpus delicti, in connection with which a criminal case has been opened against her under Art. 151.2 of the Criminal Code of Russia, ”said the UK.

It is noted that the case was instituted under the article “Involvement of a minor in the commission of acts posing a danger to his life”.

Earlier, a case was initiated under Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Abandonment in Danger”) and Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor”).

The Ministry of Internal Affairs also fined a woman administratively by 35 thousand rubles.
