Global leaders pledge $ 2.6 billion to eradicate polio

Leaders from around the world met yesterday at the Forum for the Last Mile in Abu Dhabi to reaffirm their commitment to eradicate polio and provide $ 2.6 billion as part of the first phase of funding for the implementation of the final phase of the polio eradication strategy 2019-2023.
