Ireland, Denmark and Switzerland will fight on Monday for their Euro-2020 qualification on the final day, with a small advantage to the Helvetians, opposed to Petit Poucet Gibraltar.

Suspense held to the end in the group D: three nations are still in contention before the last match, for two tickets in game.

Against the red lantern Gibraltar, the Swiss are still in good shape: they just need to avoid defeat to get the ticket to the Euro.

This makes Ireland - Denmark more than indecisive opposition: leading the group with three points ahead of the Irish, the Danes have a head start, but beware of the defeat in Dublin.

A reassuring reason for these three countries: all have a guaranteed place in the play-offs in March (thanks to their results in the League of Nations) if they fail to win the qualification through the playoffs.

Monday, the other meetings will have little stake: in the groups F and J, the final classification is already known (Spain and Italy first, Sweden and Finland second). But the Roja wants to finish strong by beating Romania, while the Squadra aims for a tenth victory in as many games.
